Hereby, “Rakhat” JSC informs that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of “Rakhat” JSC held on February 27, 2019 it was decided to acquire a share in the authorized capital of “Rakhat-TR” Limited Liability Partnership.

The Justice Administration of Turksib District of Almaty Justice Department performed re-registration of appropriate changes in the Charter of “Rakhat-TR” LLP on April 8, 2019.
