Interview with the head
The company has a practice of collegial decision-making on the employment of a candidate, so in the selection process there can be several meetings – with the head of the department where the vacancy is open, with the personnel department staff, if necessary, with the superior leader and colleagues from related units, with which will most often cooperate.
If we interested in your resume, we will invite you to an interview with the head of the department where the vacancy is open. During the interview, the level of your motivation and personal qualities, the overall assessment of your professional training will be rated.
The interview is a two-way process. In order to meet with a potential leader and colleagues in advance, think over the questions that you would like to ask, because it is important for us that you have a clear idea of your future work, the range of responsibilities and the prospects that we can offer you.
Interview with HR department personnel and testing
One of the stages of the procedure for recruiting staff in our company is testing candidates. These are standard tests for the perception of numerical and verbal information, abstract-logical tasks, as well as questions for assessing your personal qualities. The latter are directed at the fact that we could better know you as a person, evaluate your communication style and type of character, communicability and honesty.
Testing includes a fairly large block of questions. On average, passing the test takes from 1 to 1.5 hours, so please be prepared for this.
As part of the interview, you will also have the opportunity to ask us about how we work and what benefits we offer to applicants.
A job offer
In that event that you successfully passed all the stages of selection, you will be offered to work in Rakhat JSC.
Depending on the vacancy for which you are applying, the time between the response to a vacancy and the job offer receipt is from 7 days to 2 months.
Before going to work, we will ask you to go through a medical commission at our medical center.
